Don’t e-marketers realise that most consumers, when shopping online, will spend on average 36 hours between first click and purchase deliberating and researching their decision! forgotten to renew my Fotki Membeship so my account was locked for a couple of says… boo! Was quite worried that they would delete my photos – Over 4gig now!

I couldn’t help but smile a little bit when I noticed that the top paid link on Google for the keyword ‘Renault’ results in an error page! I guess even the big players get it wrong sometimes. I’ve let customer services know so I wonder how long it will take them to sort it…!
