Is it normal for your mum to be on facebook? More importantly, is it acceptable to ignore your mother’s friend request….???? Answers on a postcard / comment!
I think this shows a fatel flaw of facebook & web 2.0 which has been around for a while now; surely you should be able to have different relationship settings, between ‘friends’ – you don’t really want your parents / boss to see certain posts from girls you met at the club last night / status updates saying you are hungover /discovering that the reason your not at theirs for sunday lunch is ‘coz you got wasted last night / are a member of the facebook group ‘I love big jugs’ etc(delete where appropriate!)
Surely you should be able to hide certain things from different groups of people? As, after all, this is what you do in your work / social life everyday, to various degrees – no one really needs this much transparency!!

Got this via email earlier today: paypal on facebook – think its a genius idea tbh! Money makes the world go round, so why has no other financial organisation ever ventured in to the social networking arena before?
I love it! Air, the worlds thinnest notebook and it doesn’t skimp on the features!!! I think the creative for the add is awesome too!
Now I just need to figure out how to raise some cash to place a pre-order..
