Watch out for online fraud with Garlick. I expect this type of site has huge potential with the direction things are going - you just can't expect the banks to look out for your identity these days.
Tape it off the internet has potential - would work quite well with an iTV.. hmmm :)
Property search engines How on earth has it taken so long for this to happen? its such an obvious idea!

Mobizines Genius idea - kind of like a more interesting google reader as this is actually stuff you want to read (and probably do all ready).
SelfCast YouTube but with a focus on the UK. More culturally relavant videos or just more pirated UK media..?
TrustedPlaces Find Places that people like you go - a reverse WeHangHere (see above) if you like.
horsesmouth - This an interesting concept and probably a unique idea - mentor or be mentored on subjects that a relevant to you and where you know a lot/or not.
CrowdStorm Social Shopping for a 2.0 era - this could really work for online retailers if used wisely.
